Iberdrola are the world leader in wind energy and one of the top five energy companies in the world.

The high quality office development at One Tudor Street, developed by Stockland UK comprises 70,000 sq ft across 6 floors.

Iberdrola now occupy 10,000 square feet at 4th floor level, commanding impressive views and natural daylight that will complement their way of working.

This is the second office fit-out completed by Maris in One Tudor Street, having already completed a major office design and relocation for Dexion Capital to 8,600 square feet on the 6th floor earlier this year.

Maris worked closely with CBRE, acting as client representavtive, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyer and received valued inputs and expertise from their involvement. Maris also worked successfully with a number of Client nominated Sub Contractors, most noticeably their long standing relationship with Bordonabe, a company who have provided a global standard for office partitioning and joinery within Iberdrola.

Maris were chosen from a competitive selection environment and awarded the contract based on their ability to capture the culture and business ethos within our workplace design concepts and unique workplace optimisation process.

Maris’ Project Director commented, “We are delighted to have completed this office design and fit-out project for Iberdrola. There are a number of areas we are particularly proud to show, firstly the reception area, the first point of visual contact for those who arrive within Iberdrola’s office, an environment which capitulates the renewable energy cultures of the business. Of course not forgetting the Executive Suite created for Iberdrola’s Chairman for those times he visits and conducts business in London, a workplace environment designed to reflect the importance and gravity of his position within Iberdrola”.
