Maris Complete Office Design & Fit-Out Project for Alpari

Maris Interiors is delighted to announce the completion an office design and fit-out project for Alpari at 201 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M.
Maris Interiors previously completed a 15,000 sq ft office relocation, workplace design and office fit-out at 201 Bishopsgate back in 2008 when Alpari first took up residence. This recent project saw Alpari take another 10,000 sq ft on the 5th Floor, culminating in a total of 25,000 sq ft office space.
201 Bishopsgate is a landmark office building designed by architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill. Maris undertook a full Cat A and Cat B office fit-out from shell and core for this expansion project.
Maris’ design team created a scheme to ensure Alpari’s new workspace matched that of their existing, merged the two areas sympathetically and created an optimised space.
The scope of works included seven meeting rooms, executive offices, new comms room, a large staff breakout area and new furniture throughout.
