Maris Commence Office Fit-Out for Genesis Investment

Maris are delighted to announce their commencement on site of a major office design and fit-out project at 21 Grosvenor Square, London SW1X 7TB for, private wealth managers, Genesis Investment Management.
Maris were initially appointed by Genesis to undertake the workplace consultancy and interior office design of this project and were awarded the office fit-out following a competitive tender situation.
Genesis originally intended to undertake a full in-situ office refurbishment at 21 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7LY and made the decision to relocate following a lease expiry and the inability to agree new terms with their existing Landlord.
Maris worked alongside the Agent and Project Managers, HMC, on this 16,000 square feet project. The office fit-out will cover two floors and will take 13 weeks to complete. The scope of works comprises cellular offices and open plan with the addition of an exceptional front of house area and meeting suite. The finishes throughout the space are high specification, including the use of the unique Bene Partitioning System and the inspiring Dinesen solid wood, wideboard flooring.
Genesis required their front of house area to have more of a residential than corporate feel and Maris created a workplace design scheme, using residential fixtures and fittings, which reflected the first impression desired by their client base.
