Maris Commence Office Fit-Out for Frontier Economics Ltd

Maris are delighted to announce the commencement of the office fit-out at Mid City Place, 71 High Holborn, London for leading economics consulting firm Frontier Economics Ltd.
Frontier Economics already occupy 14,000 square feet of office space on the 3rd floor of Mid City Place and have acquired an additional 7,000 square feet. The project brief was to ensure the seamless integration of the new demise with the existing office, delivering a design solution that would achieve a strong aesthetic and minimise business disruption.
Whilst the workplace design solution created by Maris comprises the relocation of the front of house area, including the reception, meeting rooms and catering kitchen, business continuity will be achieved by a coordinated programme delivered in 3 phases over a 17 weeks. The newly acquired space will incorporate the new front of house areas and a new staff breakout area with the existing office reconfigured to include additional workstations and expansion to provide a cohesive open plan work area.
The scope of the project incorporates elements of the existing office fit-out whilst refurbishing and refreshing the environment to bring it in line with a clean, crisp aesthetic.
