Fast track office design and fit-out project for ISI

Maris Interiors is delighted to announce the commencement on site of a turnkey office design and fit-out project for ISI (International Strategy and Investment Group) at the prestigious 50 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A.
This fast-track project will take just 4 weeks to complete.
ISI, a full service broker-dealer founded in 1991, have taken 4,000 sq ft on the fourth floor of the 32,700 sq ft stunning seven-storey development created in September 2010 and in the shadow of the Gherkin.
The company is headquartered in New York, with offices around the US and in Shanghai.
50 St Mary Axe will be ISI’s first London office and their first venture into the European scene. They currently have 193 employees and are expanding rapidly.
Maris were selected for this prestigious office design and fit-out project based on a creative, yet economic workplace design solution plus the ability to work closely, yet remotely, with the New York office and in conjunction with the Client on their detailed I.T requirements. The speed in which Maris could undertake and complete this project were also major factors.
The scope of works includes constructing three meeting rooms, reception with waiting area, tea point, comms room and providing a large open-plan trading floor.
Maris’ workplace design solution was created, sympathetically, around the ceiling-mounted chilled beam systems and included walnut doors, full height glazing and a detailed manifestation to the waiting area. The workspace boasts an external terrace offering magnificent views of the City.

We undertook weekly conference calls with ISI to the USA to finalise the workplace design and fit-out specification”.
