Third Major Office Design and Fit-Out for BMC Software

December 2010

Maris is delighted to announce the completion of their most recent office design, office fit-out and office relocation for BMC Software.

This office relocation was from Anchor House, 15-17 Britton Street, London to The National Audit Office, 157-197 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1.

The project size was 6,000 sq ft and is the third major workplace project that Maris has completed for BMC Software over their long standing relationship which began in 1998.

Established in 1990, BMC Software is the UK’s fastest-growing IT supplier with offices across the UK and beyond and are recognised as the leader in Business Service Management.

The new office will be the London HQ for BMC following their acquisition of Tideway Solutions earlier this year. The need to bring Tideway into the BMC brand family tied in with the lease end at Britton Street and allowed BMC to create a high quality workplace environment for their London HQ.

Maris’ Project Director commented, “Maris have built up a strong working relationship with BMC over many previous projects and, as a trusted advisor, undertook all aspects of the project from the initial workplace consultancy and office design through to project management and the office fitting out. This particular office relocation project required an intricate balance of technology and communications requirements along with a creative software development environment”.

Keith Josey, VP Global Corporate Services, commented, “Maris put forth the effort and address every aspect of their responsibility to our projects with the utmost expertise, professionalism and customer service and we are certainly always pleased with the end result”.
