Office Relocation for Toppan Printing
August 2010
Maris are delighted to announce the recent start of the office fit-out and office relocation for Toppan Printing to Old Change House, Queen Victoria Street, London.
Toppan Printing are a world leader in the information communications industry and recently supplied the world’s first paper SIM card, the Kamicard.
Toppan appointed Maris to undertake the office relocation from their offices in Gillingham Street in London’s Victoria to a new, modern office building in the heart of the City of London.
Working alongside Toppan’s independent Project Manager, Maris' workplace consultants created an office design solution that includes some cellullarised office space, a large open plan area, a tea point and break out area for staff, 2 meeting rooms and a stunning showpiece reception at the front of house.
This 4,000 sq ft Cat B office fit-out is expected to take just 6 weeks on site.
Maris’ Project Director commented, “Toppan wanted to move to a new office that would raise their corporate profile and serve the needs of their expanding business. Our workplace design solution had to take into account specific department adjacencies and the need to accommodate a welcoming, modern and bright front of house area, whilst ensuring value for money. Working alongside the Client appointed Project Manager, we look forward to the completion of this office fit-out and relocation project in just 6 weeks, on time and to budget.”
