Office Fit-Out Completed for Altima Partners in London

Maris is delighted to announce the completition of a major office design and fit-out project for Altima Partners at 23 Saville Row, Mayfair, London.
Altima took 8,900 sq ft on the 6th floor of the recently completed 100,000 sq ft landmark building, which offers some of the most impressive office accommodation in the West End.
Maris and Altima had first worked together in 2004, when Altima started trading in Carlton Gardens. Since then Altima has grown into one of London’s leading investment fund managers, with over $2.6 billion under management.
Maris' Project Director commented, "Undoubtedly this is the most attractive office floor in the West End and wonderful that Altima have now taken occupation. The workplace design compliments the light feel of the space and gives both staff and visitors a wonderful environment to work in. The construction team made light work of programme constraints and delivered the office fit-out to an extremely high standard.
