Office Design and Refurbishment for Atradius

Maris are heading back to 10 Fenchurch Street, London for the second time in 6 months having been selected by Atradius to undertake the office design, refurbishment and fit-out the 9th floor of the recently renovated property.
Atradius are one of the world’s leading providers of Credit Management Solutions, operating across 42 countries, with over 4,000 staff worldwide, making 22,000 credit decisions daily.
Atradius are vacating their offices in 30 St Mary Axe, London to take 6,900 square feet in 10 Fenchurch Street. The office refurbishment project will be fast-track, with the work being completed in just 4 weeks to give occupation at the end of June.
Maris’ previous experience in 10 Fenchurch Street with Matthews Daniels on the 10th floor, was very important in Atradius’s decision when considering to appoint Maris as their office design, refurbishment and fit-out partner.
