Office Design and Office Fit-Out for F5 Networks

Maris Interiors are delighted to announce the completion of two concurrent office design and office fit-out projects for F5 Networks, a global leader in Application Delivery Networking
GTDC (Global Technology Distribution Council) winners, F5 Networks are headquartered in the USA, with offices around the world and count high profile names such as Microsoft, Easyjet, Virgin Radio and the US Government among their 16,000 Clients.
The first project saw the office relocation of the F5 Network’s Sales Team from serviced offices to their new London office in 20 Old Broad Street. The 7,000 sq ft space had existing Cat B fit out in place and Maris modified the layout to meet F5 Network’s specific workplace requirements and achieved this within a tight, 3 week programme.
The second project location in Chertsey, Surrey involved both the office refurbishment of the ground floor of their current EMEA HQ on London Street, known as Chelsea East and the expansion into the adjacent office building, Chertsey West.
F5 Networks took an additional floor in the Chertsey West office building to manage their growth issue and the works comprised an upgrade from Cat A to Cat B with power and comms upgrades along with new offices, meeting rooms and tea points included within the design. The office move also required extensive move management from Maris and the creation of a data link between the two buildings to ensure the continued smooth running of the business going forward.
