Maris Complete Toppan's New UK Headquarters

Maris are delighted to announce the recent completion of the office design, fit-out and office relocation for Toppan Printing to their new Headquarters at Old Change House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London.
The project took 6 weeks to complete, covering 5,000 sq ft of workspace and a complete Cat A and Cat B office design and fit-out.
Maris captured Toppan’s workplace brief perfectly and created a warm, stylish, light and airy open plan office space which delighted Toppan’s Company Secretary.
Patrick Harty, Company Secretary for Toppan Printing Co. (UK) Ltd, commented “From the very beginning, and long before we were due to move offices, we received calls from Maris’ Project Director, and though there was no guarantee at that time that Maris would get the contract, he stayed with us, but without the annoying persistence that often puts off prospective clients. He was there when we needed advice and gave it willingly, and visited us on many occasions, in what was for us something totally new. It was just what was required at the time and Maris had the correct approach, and it would be no exaggeration to say that this and the final presentation made my Maris put the competition to rout. If there is an ideal way to execute sales, I think this must be it."
“When the office fit-out actually began, it was again unknown territory for us, as it is not something one does every day of the week, but everything, including potential pitfalls, was explained to us. Maris was exemplary in the way they carried the project forward, again keeping us informed of the progress in the various stages of the works. Even when there were changes, as undoubtedly there inevitably are in such projects, they were patient and accommodated us whenever it was possible, but did not stint from advising us that certain courses of action would have certain impacts on schedules and costs. Their honesty in this was very laudable and much appreciated. The project moved forward according to schedule, despite some obstacles that were totally outside their control, and was finished on time, with the minimum of aggravation, and we were operational on the target date."
