Maris Interiors are delighted to announce the completion of the office design and fit-out for Mayfair Capital Investment Management on the 4th Floor, 44 Davies Street, London, W1K.
Mayfair Capital, founded in 2002, are authorised and regulated by the FSA and have L300m of funds under their management. Their market profile and considerable experience give them access to ‘off the market’ buying opportunities for their investors.
Following their office lease break and the realisation that they had outgrown their Bruton Street office, Mayfair Capital made the decision to relocate to larger offices.
The office space at 44 Davies Street required an adaptation from Category B to Category A and a high specification ceiling. Maris’ office design separates the front of house area from the back office with amazing glass sliding doors behind the reception area. The front of house space includes a boardroom and an elegant Client waiting area, incorporating oak veneered wall panelling and doors. The back office includes a kitchen, tea point area, meeting rooms with the remainder open plan workspace.
