Maris Complete Office Design and Fit-Out for Li & Fung

Maris Interiors are delighted to announce the completion of Phase 1 of their office design and fit-out project for Li & Fung at 242 Marylebone Road, London.
Phase 1 included the creation of offices fast-tracked to enable timely vacation of Li & Fung’s existing office premises.
The second phase of this complex project has now begun and this includes a suite of showrooms together with Executive front of house facilities. The showrooms are, in essence, shops within an office environment.
With Li & Fung based in Hong Kong it was vital that strong communication lines were established.
Maris’ thorough research of the 242 Marylebone building and their understanding of the key business drivers gave Li & Fung total confidence that Maris were the right choice to undertake the office design and office fit-out of this prestigious project. Maris also provided Li & Fung with first class visuals to ensure total involvement with their Hong Kong Headquarters.
Maris’ Project Director commented, “This was a demanding office design and fit-out project, with no margin for error. Installing high end showrooms finishes and services in a building which has no uniformity and little record information is always a challenging task. Having completed all our surveys and office design detailing we are now pushing forward rapidly with further office fit-out construction work, dealing with and resolving issues on a daily basis. On a project of this nature a proactive team attitude is vital, something we have in abundance.”
