London Office Fit-Out Completed for Moelis & Co

Maris is delighted to announce the completion of the office design and fit-out for Moelis & Company’s at the prestigious Condor House, 1 St Paul’s Churchyard, London, EC1V.
Moelis & Company, founded in July 2007 by former President of UBS, Ken Moelis, is an investment bank that provides financial advisory services and capital raising solutions to clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic matters to clients like Hilton Hotels, Dubai World and Yahoo.
Condor House is the headquarters for Moelis’s European, Middle Eastern and African operations.
Maris were involved in the office building search for over six months but despite reviewing over a dozen properties in both the West End and City the right building that reflected the status and culture of Moelis could not be found. A final building analysis was carried out on 4 short-listed properties in November and Condor House selected.
The office fit-out works commenced shortly after Christmas and the refurbishment was completed in just 5 weeks.
Following occupation of Condor House, Maris’ Adapt Team continued on site with a further Reception project - including the removal of existing bespoke panelling and its replacment with new fabric wrapped panels that are more in keeping with the Moelis brand, but also sympathetic to the stunning views of St Paul’s.
