Kelway Award Maris Office Design and Fit-Out

Maris are delighted to announce the commencement of the office fit-out for Kelway (UK) Ltd at10 Fleet Place, London.
Kelway, established in 1990, are the UK’s fastest-growing IT supplier with offices across the UK and beyond. Kelway have skilled in-house consultants in London, the Midlands, Scotland, Wales, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates.
Kelway are amalgamating their London offices following a detailed Workplace Consultancy process carried out by Maris. Their operations will be split over two floors totalling 27,000 square feet.
Designed by leading architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, 10 Fleet Place, with its finely detailed black granite elevations and grand curved frontage, is a sophisticated structure with great presence. The inside of 10 Fleet Place is highly specified, well-lit and a very adaptable office space, which worked perfectly for Kelway’s requirements.
The office design brief from Kelway was to reflect their growth and maturity whilst meeting the challenging technical demands of the business.
In support of Kelway’s office occupation, Maris was also instructed to supply new office furniture for the open plan areas and meeting rooms.
