Ispen Award Maris Office Relocation and Fit Out

Maris is pleased to announce that Ispen has awarded them a major office design, fit out and office relocation project.
Founded in 1929, Ipsen is a global biotechnology company with 4,400 staff and offices in over 40 countries. Its headquarters is located in France.
Ipsen are taking expanding their office space nearby to their headquarters at 190 Bath Road, Slough, just along the way at 219 Bath Road.
The new offices in the Atria Building provide Ipsen with 16,500 sq ft of high quality office space with the option to expand further in the building should their growth predictions be exceeded. The Atria Building was completed in 1988 and is a Grade A Office building providing 60,000 sq ft of office space over two floors and boasting a large central atrium and double height reception area.
Ipsen’s brief was for Maris to create a flexible workplace environment in balance with their offices at 190 Bath Road. Their expectations of their new headquarters were that it would be professional, modern and innovative, in line with their business.
