Maris are delighted to have been appointed by Dexion Capital to undertake the workplace consultancy, office design, office fitting out and office relocation to One Tudor Street, London.
Launched in 2000, The Dexion Capital Group create innovative products that meet investor needs. Dexion’s operations include distribution and marketing, specialist advisory services, investor services, single manager marketing and capital raising and market making.
The high quality office development at One Tudor Street, developed by Stockland UK comprises 70,000 sq ft across 6 floors. Dexion Capital will be occupying 8,619 sq ft at 6th floor level, commanding impressive views and natural daylight that will complement their new way of working.
The office relocation is the realisation of very tangible commercial benefits and specifically fosters the growth of the business and that of its staff – a key objective for the project.
