Greenlight Marketing Limited have selected Maris Interiors to undertake a major office design and office fit-out of their new head office at Broadgate Tower, London, EC2A.
Greenlight are a world leader in search engine optimisation (SEO). The office relocation was forced upon Greenlight due to their current premises at Moorgate being compulsory purchased as part of the Crossrail development.
Working to an incredibly tight programme, the 13,000 sq ft ultra fast-track office design and fit-out project incorporates both a Category A and Category B fit-out from shell and core.
The works are a continuation of Maris’ presence at the Bishopsgate development after having completed a 15,000 sq ft office design and fit-out project for Alpari in early 2009.
Maris were selected by Greenlight for the project due to a striking workplace design scheme coupled with financial stability and a proven track record of delivering fast track office design and fit-out projects of this nature on time and to budget.
Familiarity with the Landlord’s approval process and a detailed understanding of the Broadgate Tower building ensured that the workplace design development and gaining formal approvals was a fast process.
