Ricardo UK are delighted with the office design, office fit-out and the office relocation undertaken by Maris Interiors for their brand new 20,000 sq ft offices at Cambridge Technical Centre, 400 Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WH.

The fast track office fitting out works started on site on 1st September and took just 5 weeks to complete.
The workplace design brief to create the new Cambridge Technical Centre included not only the high quality office refurbishment of the main office and front of house areas but the construction of a ground floor research laboratory, test bench area and testing garage.
An economic cost solution, a track record of delivery and experience with projects of this nature secured the work for Maris. Ricardo’s new offices were designed to showcase their cutting edge technology solutions. The Client facing areas needed to be modern, bright and futuristic. High gloss materials were mixed with bold colours and even “go faster stripes” to add energy to the reception and meeting spaces. The design also made as much use of the existing fit-out as possible to help reduce time and cost.
