London Office Relocation for Alpari to 201 Bishopsgate

Maris Interiors is delighted to be assisting Alpari (UK) Limited to relocate their London headquarters office from 41 Eastcheap to 201 Bishopsgate, London.
Alpari, who announced record growth in trading volumes and customer accounts in 2008 and will occupy 15,000 sq ft in this new landmark office building designed by architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill.
Alpari’s neighbours will include Henderson Global Investors, LBBW and Mayer Brown.
The 15 week office fast-track fit out project at 201 Bishopsgate is a full Cat A and Cat B fit-out from shell and core. The scope of works includes an elegant and timeless 2,500 sq ft front of house reception area with a feature tropical fish tank, an open plan trading floor for 150 staff, meeting rooms, a large staff lounge breakout area and executive offices.
Maris Interiors fought off stiff competition from a host of other industry competitors to win this prestigious turnkey office design, office fit-out and office furniture contract.
