London Office Fit-Out and Relocation for ScanSafe

ScanSafe has recently appointed Maris Interiors to undertake the office design, office fit-out and office relocation to The Qube Building, 90 Whitfield Street, London, W1.
ScanSafe are relocating offices from The Connection, 198 High Holborn, London.
The Qube is a brand new addition to the West End and occupies a prominent position on the corners of Whitfield Street, Maple Street and Tottenham Court Road.
ScanSafe, the first and largest global provider of SaaS Web Security, which works to ensure a safe and productive Internet environment for organizations, is expanding from 4,000 sq ft to 6,500 sq ft.
This fast-track turnkey design and build project, which started on 24th April, is scheduled to run for just 4 weeks and will comprise the complete fit-out of the 5th floor.
Maris was chosen for the project because of their strong workplace design solution with an emphasis on fast-track delivery and a sound economic solution. The scope of the works will include a largely open plan office with general partitioning, three meeting rooms, a boardroom, just one cellular office, a comms room, tea point and breakout area. Front of house glazing will brighten and update the reception area and the re-use of some of the existing furniture, carpeting and storage facilities will also help reduce final costs of the project.
Maris' Project Director commented,“Our biggest challenge with this office design, fitting out and relocation project was finding a way to minimise the wastage of any space so that we could accommodate greater staff numbers into a relatively small office. The finished design sees excellent use of the open plan space with a focus on a bright, welcoming workspace environment”.
