London Office Design and Fit-Out Project for Sopexa UK

Sopexa UK has had Maris Interiors undertake the office office design, office fit-out and office relocation to their new London head office at Buchanan House, 24-30 High Holborn, London, EC1N 2HS.
Previously, Maris had undertake the successful fit-out of Sopexa's London head office at Kingsbourne House, 229-231 High Holborn nearly 12 years ago,
Sopexa UK, the dedicated marketing and PR agency for French food and wine, appointed Maris Interiors to complete the 4,000 sq ft relocation, with a tight budget and timescale. The project was successfully delivered in just 3 weeks.
The scope of works for this turnkey office design and fit-out contract included both cellular and open plan office space incorporating the creation of 3 meeting rooms with folding walls to allow greater flexibility. A modern, minimalist reception area now welcomes visitors and a bright and airy tea point and breakout area has been created to allow staff to relax and take time out.
Maris' Project Director commented,“Whilst the success of our previous fit-out project for Sopexa was undoubtedly a factor contributing to their decision to appoint us on this second office design and fit-out project, the fact that we were able to offer a superbly cost effective and quick turnaround solution to get them into their new office was certainly the deal clincher. Having taken a short lease in the new building, keeping a realistic budget was paramount and we proposed the reuse of existing furniture, doors and carpets to keep unnecessary cost to a minimum.”
