London Office Design and Fit-Out Project for ENRC

May 2009

Maris Interiors was recently appointed by ENRC (Eurasian Natural Resource Company) to undertake the office design and fitting out of the additional office space they secured in their existing building at 16 St James’s Street, London, SW1.

ENRC is one of the world’s leading natural resources groups who integrate mining, processing, power and logistics operations.

Having previously completed a 5,000 sq ft office design and fit-out project on the 3rd floor at 16 St James’s Street, for leading hedge fund, Eton Park Capital Management, Maris Interiors’ experience in the building helped to secure the fit-out project with ENRC.

The fast-track fit-out project for ENRC includes adapting the floor layout of the newly secured office space on the ground floor to improve space efficiency, cladding the office fronts to mimic their offices on the 2nd floor, providing supplementary furniture and re-carpeting.

Maris' Project Director commented,“The project was a cost effective solution, which restyled the ground floor in keeping with the high spec office space on the 2nd floor, thereby reducing the cost to ENRC and improving the floor layout. This project is a perfect example of where Maris Interiors can really help a Client to keep their costs in check; at the same time ensuring a high spec and quality finish.”
