London Office Design and Fit-Out for M3 Capital Partners

M3 Capital Partners have awarded Maris Interiors the office design and fit-out of their new UK head office at 180 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9ER and their office relocation from 47 King William Street, London.
Having already undertaken an office fit-out in the 180 Piccadilly for Virtual Office Company, Maris were the obvious choice for this 3,300 sqft project.
The fast-track turnkey design and build fit-out for M3 Capital Partners tarted on site on 19th October and will be completed and delivered snag free within just 5 weeks.
The workplace brief was to create a contemporary, corporate office with a warm and welcoming feel. The office interior design includes a largely open plan office with a meeting room suite, high-tech comms room and a stunning reception area.
Bespoke Joinery items were also included to increase the image of the front of house visitor’s area.
US based architectural firm Novate was chosen by M3 Capital to produce the drawing concepts for the space. Maris overcame potential challenges by working with the architects to ensure that the drawings were adapted to comply with UK building regulations.
