London Office Design and Fit-Out for CCA International

CCA International is currently having Maris Interiors undertake the office design and office fit-out of their offices at Arnold House, 21-33 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3EJ.
CCA International are relocating offices from smaller premises just along the road at 83 Great Eastern Street.
CCA International have taken 3 wings in Arnold House, which are located across 2 floors totalling close to 15,000 sq ft of office space.
The fast-track office fit-out works commenced on site at the end of June and will take just 6 weeks to complete, despite the challenging circumstances. Maris have worked within the strict security restrictions imposed in the office building with limited access, working over multiple floors.
The scope of works includes a new contemporary reception area, two adjacent meeting / training rooms with a folding wall to create one big room to allow the flexibility of both large and intimate meetings. Also incorporated in the fit-out is the creation of one new and the refurbishment of two existing tea points, complete with a large staff breakout facility for staff to relax and have informal meetings in.
The office space is largely open plan and also includes a prayer room and a large area to accommodate for storage.
