London Office Design and Fit-Out for Allen & Company

Allen & Company, the well known, private boutique investment bank, have appointed Maris Interiors to undertake the office design and office fit-out of their first permanent London office.
This fast-track office refurbishment project started on site at 103 Mount Street Walk on 3rd August and are due to take just 5 weeks to complete.
The scope of works included the full strip out of the existing space to allow for a more traditional style office fit-out. The office will be largely cellular with bespoke joinery stained to match their cherry American furniture. Maris were chosen to work alongside HRW Architects, a New York and London based firm, to ensure the finished office is in keeping with the corporate culture.
It was important for Maris to build a good working relationship with Allen & Company’s Project Manager as many of the workplace and office design meetings were conducted by conference call to the USA.
Allen & Company had a very clear idea of the traditional style they wanted to create and Maris’ previous knowledge of this office building and ability to act quickly has proved extremely beneficial to this project. Maris also has significant experience working with US Clients including major office fit-outs for US lawyers Fulbright and Jaworski, US private equity giants, the Blackstone Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, and Harbourvest, the US private equity investment firm.
