Another Office Design and Fit-Out in London for Cerner

Cerner has appointed Maris Interiors to undertake yet another office design and office fit-out project, making it seven in all.
Cerner is the leading US supplier of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) solutions which optimise clinical and financial outcomes. They have been established in the UK for more than 20 years. They provide patient-centric and knowledge-driven solutions for the NHS acute hospital sector. Their project is set to take 8 weeks on site and will involve carefully planned and executed relocation strategies, which will allow Cerner to remain fully operational during the works and ensure Cerner’s ability to continue with their day to day business as well as allowing their Client’s access to their training facilities.
Having completed six previuos projects, in both the UK and Europe, for Cerner over the course of a relationship spanning more than 6 years, the current venture will see a series of internal office relocations between their buildings at 3 Sheldon Square in London’s Paddington and The Point, North Wharf Road, London, W2 in order to allow the creation of a new 20,000 sq ft marketing suite.
The scope of works, which includes the turnkey office design and fit-out and encompasses a total of 31,000 sq ft of office space. A 20,000 sq ft Client Experience Theatre Suite - which will be used as a training and marketing facility, the reconfiguration of existing office furniture, additional new office furniture and the provision of a high spec Audio Visual solution.
The piece de resistance however is the CISCO Telepresence Room, an advanced video conferencing facility which provides a virtual reality meeting so advanced that it makes you feel like you really are sitting around a board table!
