Top Scores for Maris in Client Satisfaction Survey

Following the launch of the Maris Interiors “Client Experience“ concentrating the Maris focus on customer service and client satisfaction, Maris decided to carry out a client satisfaction survey of 130 past clients from 2007. With over 100 responses, the results are unbelievable! 82% of clients surveyed said that they were 100% satisfied with their office design and office fit-out!
Whilst the survey was anonymous, several of our clients chose to identify themselves, one of those, Chris Stone from Corporate FX commented “Our project was on time, in budget and delivered with courtesy and honesty and simply made our lives and business so much easier to deal with. We would definitely recommend Maris and have already done so.” Maris fitted-out Corporate FX’s offices on the 5th floor of 62 Cornhill, London, EC3 in June 2007.
Rob Sciarretta, Client Services Partner said, “Although we are really pleased with the results of the survey so far and delighted with the positive feedback and comments from satisfied clients, we are absolutely committed to making sure that we understand where we go wrong and why. We are striving to work on and improve these areas and our aim is to have EVERY client 100% satisfied with our service. To further help us understand where we can improve; I will be carrying out a quality audit following the completion of every project.”
