A wealth of experience in the serviced office sector gave Maris the edge over competitors to win the workplace consultancy, office design, project management, fit out and office furniture contract for Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) at 12 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4LB.
Recognised in recent publicity as the most expensive commercial real estate in the world, 12 St James’s Square is already refurbished to a very high specification.
DIFC recently appointed Maris Interiors to complete this 22,000 sq ft turnkey office fit-out project on the second and third floors of this prestigious office building.
