Two further tenants have taken office space at 20 Garrick Street in London.
One company, which is rumoured to be a marketing agency has signed for a five year lease on just under 3,000 sq ft on the fourth floor.
The other tenant has taken over three 3,176 sq ft on the first floor.
A fast food chain has taken the retail element on the ground floor.
20 Garrick Street is a four storey office in London’s Covent Garden. The building has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. The scope of works included a mechanical and electrical services upgrade, a new reception area and bike storage area as well as a refurbishment of the existing façade.
The work was completed in April 2013 and was undertaken in conjunction with project managers GIA and Wish London.
