150 Holborn in London EC1 is to be put up for sale.
Ocubis is to sell the property for prices in the region of £65m.
150 Holborn consists of 69,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in London’s midtown.
The building, which is located on a site adjacent to Chancery Lane Tube Station, has planning permission for either a 142,000 sq ft redevelopment by Stiff & Trevillion or a 112,00 sq ft refurbishment by MAKE architects.
Capital Real Estate Partners and JLL have been appointed to handle the sale.
