Skillcapital specialises in recruiting management teams exclusively for private equity transactions as well as providing a range of management and commercial diligence services. It was founded in 1999 with funding by Soros Private Equity (now Towerbrook Capital Partners) and since 2006 the firm has been 100% owner managed following a buy-out by the Partners. Skillcapital has the largest dedicated team in the European market, with 32 professionals based in London and Paris.
