Our fast-track office design and fit-out project for Motorola won the British Council for Offices (BCO) award for fit-out (large projects) - South of England. By a marriage of true ‘turnkey’ office design and build and industry best practice from other market sectors, working closely with Cushman & Wakefield, who acted as client representative, we were able to complete the 115,000 sq ft project in just 22 weeks!
