Mondrian Asset Management
The office design and fit-out of 10 Gresham Street for Mondrian Asset Management was the first to be carried out in this Foster designed office building. The single floor plate of 31,000 sq ft lead to certain challenges being overcome and included a fish tank in reception and a ‘Zen’ garden as a welcome to visitors and to act as a focal point.
