Marubeni Europe plc is the wholly-owned European subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation (Japan).
As a major sogo shosha (literally “general trading house”) they act as an intermediary and facilitator for all kinds of trade in and between Europe, Japan and third countries. The Marubeni Group has 117 offices in 71 countries, with 14 offices in Europe. Marubeni Europe plc has had a turnover of 668 million euros in 2006.
