Marquette Partners chose the last remaining floor of a converted shipping warehouse; itself part of a chic leisure and residential development. The office design and fit-out brief was to create a workplace environment with an olde English loft feel, but incorporating high-tech trading technology. We visited the company’s Chicago HQ to ensure we fully understood their culture.
