Birds Eye
In November 2006, Unilever sold the Frozen Food part of its business, Birds Eye Iglo, to the Private Equity Company Permira, which required Birds Eye to move out from Unilever’s Walton on Thames offices. Birds Eye are now the largest frozen food company in the United Kingdom.
