We specifically addressed the issue of how to control corporate real estate expenditure whilst creating an inspiring workplace that will deliver and promote corporate and social aspirations.

We undertook a full appraisal of the property and the 5,617 sq ft that Triple Point were seeking to occupy at 3rd floor level. We consulted with the Building Management and their consultants to provide the confidence that our proposals could be implemented and were in keeping with the property.
