Client Background

Teneo Blue Rubicon provides comprehensive strategic advisory services addressing complex business and reputational challenges. They support chief executives, their boards, and the communications, corporate affairs, investor relations, and marketing teams of the world’s largest organisations. Their consultancy delivers a material contribution to sustained growth, sector differentiation and improved valuation.

Points of note

This project involved working closely with Teneo Blue Rubicon in order to understand their design, aesthetic, culture and technological requirements. From this we were able to suggest innovative new ways of working to provide financial, collaborative and efficiency benefits. Central to this was consolidating them onto a single floor of 6 Moor Place, allowing them to hand back the sixth floor and maximise business cost-effectiveness.

Our office design scheme revolved around two key assets. Firstly the generous Client lounge area behind reception now provides a space for presentations and talks. This is supported with a mixture of soft seating and formal meeting rooms. Secondly, the central breakout zone allows the business to come together. Various types of seating, a large coffee bar and kitchen space provide an area for staff to rest and socialise in a warm and relaxed space.

The open plan workspace is supported by the inclusion of collaborative touch down spaces and wall mounted AV displays.
