Qatar National Bank Office Refurbishment Project - 51 Grosvenor Street Office Fit-Out - 1

Qatar National Bank

Client Background

Qatar National Bank (QNB) was established in 1964 as the country’s first Qatari-owned commercial bank.

QNB has steadily grown to be among the largest banks in the Middle East and North Africa Region and is by far the leading financial institution in the country with a distribution network of 60 branches and service centres.

Points of note

This office refurbishment project saw the restoration of an absolutely stunning period listed office building. The bank’s attention to detail and passion for achieving a workplace design and office refurbishment sympathetic to the property’s age made this a fantastic project to partner with them on.

The scope of works entailed careful coordination of construction activities, sympathetic to the building’s period features, whilst ensuring that the bank was able to maintain its normal business operations day to day. The workplace design solution was developed to work with the listed features of the period property, merging traditional appearance with contemporary detailing.
