Client Background
The PZ Cussons Group recently announced the formation of PZ Cussons Beauty LLP, a strategic move to maximize the potential of their portfolio of premium beauty brands; St Tropez, The Sanctuary and Charles Worthington. The Group will operate in the UK as two autonomous divisions: PZ Cussons Beauty LLP and PZ Cussons UK, with the latter comprising the Group’s core Washing and Bathing portfolio, including Imperial Leather, Original Source and Carex.
Points of note
Following a full appraisal the Client’s newly acquired three floors; Maris consulted with Capita Symonds, the Building Management and Longmartin Properties Ltd, the developer, to create and implement a stunning office design and fit-out solution that is in keeping with the property.
The office space provides raised access flooring, a VRF heating a cooling system, cycle spaces and showers and is set around a stunning courtyard environment with decked terrace complimenting the offices new contemporary style.
