PepsiCo

Client Background

PepsiCo UK is home to Quaker, Walkers, Pepsi and Tropicana – market-leading brands and household favourites. Globally, PepsiCo operates in more than 200 countries and territories. They are the second largest food and drink business in the world and have 22 brands in their portfolio that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated retail sales every year.

Points of note

We have successfully relocated PepsiCo’s head office from Arlington Business Park into new premises at 450 South Oak Way at Green Park in Reading. Maris were perfectly positioned to provide PepsiCo the best possible expertise having previously completed a similar office relocation project next door for Huawei.

We worked closely with PepsiCo’s marketing and branding team to design and fit-out five floors of office space; this was a 26 week project including full furniture installation. The workspace is broken up through the strategic positioning of soft seating and informal meeting space and the use of company branding through wall graphics and way-finding helps add colour and life into the space.

In addition we designed and built a staff gym, a full service canteen, teleconference and phone booth facilities as well as a shop selling PepsiCo products.
