Pantheon Ventures LLP

Client Background

Pantheon is a leading global investor in private equity, infrastructure and real assets. Established in 1982, they focus on delivering performance and value to their institutional and private wealth clients. They have invested over $30 billion on behalf of institutional investors around the world. Their broad client base comprises of public and private pension plans, insurance companies, endowments and foundations.

Points of note

We have designed Pantheon’s new offices to incorporate  ideas of public, semi-private and private space to provide a flexible, modern workplace. The concept developed by Pringle Brandon – Perkins & Will uses a large cellular front of house incorporating meeting spaces and a reception area, giving way to an open plan office behind.

The design allows for 1 desk per employee, but does not demand that any employee have their own desk. They are therefore able to work anywhere in the space in an agile manner. The materials have been chosen to give a light, modern feel; while at the same time have an organic, textural quality. Timber parquet complements the composite stone and adds to the light, contemporary space.

A living wall has been installed in the bright and airy breakout space to bring additional organic light and colour into the space. This effect has been replicated through the open plan with the placement of planters across all mid-level storage units.
