Client Background
Li & Fung are supply chain managers for major brands and retailers worldwide.
Points of note
This office fit-out was completed in 3 phases. Phase 1 included the creation of offices fast-tracked to enable timely vacation of Li & Fung’s existing premises. Phase 2 created ‘shops within an office environment’ by merging a suite of showrooms together with Executive front of house facilities and the final phase involved the creation of ‘high end’ showroom facilities in order to create a true retail environment and covers 10,000 sq ft of the overall 30,000 sq ft project.
Our thorough research of the building and our understanding of the key business drivers gave Li & Fung total confidence that we were the right choice to manage this prestigious project. We provided Li & Fung with first class visuals to ensure total involvement with their Hong Kong Headquarters as it was vital that strong communication lines were established.
