Iberdrola – Phase II

Client Background

Iberdrola / Scottish Power are the world leader in wind energy and one of the top five energy companies in the world.

Points of note

This fit-out project was about creating extra expansion space on the lower ground floor to accommodate Iberdrola as they grow and expand.

The additional 8,000 sq ft of office space was been designed to capture the culture and business ethos with our unique workplace design concepts and bespoke workplace optimisation process.

The workspace has been planned to maximise the amount of natural light available to the floor which creates a bright and airy space despite by the lower ground floor position.

“I wanted to thank you the Maris Team for a job well done. The project was both completed on time and on budget, two key points that are vital to us as the client. Furthermore, the end result is looking great and has adhered to the specification and design, again important to us. In addition, I was delighted with the overall relationship between Maris and ScottishPower/Iberdrola from the early design discussions through to Practical Completion.”

Stewart Duff, Building Investment Programme Manager, ScottishPower
