Gulf Finance House

Client Background

Established in 1999 in Bahrain, Gulf Finance House derives its strength from its commitment to the Islamic Sharia philosophy of wealth management and a well-defined and broad-based portfolio of investments across Asia, Africa and Europe. Gulf Finance House became the first Islamic investment bank in the Middle East to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Points of note

Being Gulf Finance House’s first move out of serviced offices, there was a requirement for full assistance in all aspects of setting up an office, including workplace consultancy, technical surveys, office design, office fit-out and office furniture. This move allowed the creation of the company’s corporate image in the UK, not only for visitors and clients, but for their own staff retention in a competitive market

“Gulf Finance House’s remit was to have our office fitted-out in a relatively short time frame. With good pre-planning by the Maris team it looked an effortless job – I’m sure it wasn’t! It is likely we will be looking at expanding our operation in the not too distant future. It is highly unlikely that we will look elsewhere for our office fit-out.”
