Gemserv

Client Background

Gemserv is a specialist market design, governance and assurance service provider. They provide high quality impartial advice to competitive utility and environmental markets and their participants. They deliver high quality end to end services to their Clients, from policy development and initial governance frameworks, through to solution design, build and maintenance, as well as accreditation and assurance schemes and secretariat provision.

Points of note

Gemserv have grown organically into their current space on Fenchurch Street over the years. As the business has expanded the time has come to move to a property only a stone’s throw away in nearby Fenchurch Place.

The design scheme for the space emphasises the light and efficiently uses the environment allowing for significant expansion. The space is fun and vibrant, promoting collaboration between the mixed demographic of the employees.

Gemserv’s new office now has a large multi-functional breakout space, a meeting room suite with distinctive way-finding graphics and a stunning reception space complete with Client tea-point facilities. These spaces are tied to the open-plan work space through bright, bold graphic design.

The scheme finds a working relationship between the aesthetic and cosmetic, whilst factoring in the realities and practicalities of the budget.
