Client Background

Falcon and Associates are a company developed to specifically promote the investments of Dubai throughout the world and act as a catalyst to their bid for the 2020 Olympics and World Expo.

Points of note

The principal challenge on this project was to manage the communication between London and Dubai.

The office space itself and the fit-out also presented many challenges to be overcome, with low ceiling heights and a number of structural columns.

The design aesthetic of the new offices ‘embraced’ both these challenges and used the columns to provide the corners of the central meeting hub and the low ceilings to improve the feel of the offices.

The result is a spectacular new workplace.
