Euroclear

Client Background

Euroclear are providers of post-trade services and have spent the last 50 years working in partnership with the biggest names in finance and banking.

They have multi-lingual, highly trained team of professionals based in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Points of note

Euroclear consolidated 5 floors within 33 Cannon Street down to 3.  As part of the design and fit-out process Maris undertook a 3 month change management process with the Client team to better understand their spirit and ethos.  The design scheme included investigating new ways of working such as introducing the key concepts of hot-desking and a move away from silos to team structures.

Maris focussed on how best to utilise their space more effectively and introduce more interaction and collaboration into the Euroclear’s working environment.

“Our workplace design scheme included a bespoke front-of-house area for Clients and a ‘Marketplace’ area on the first floor offering a multi-functional, collaborative space. This combined a break-out area with a meeting area to give employees the flexibility to gather and discuss ideas and hold meetings.”
