Client Background

The Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) was conceived by the Government of Dubai for the benefit of the UAE and the wider region as a whole.

Its remit is to create a regional capital market, offering investors and issuers of capital world-class regulations and standards. Its hallmarks are: integrity, transparency and efficiency.

Points of note

DIFC’s executive office design and fitting out brief was straightforward and concise. “Create a distinct, best in class, serviced office centre in this landmark building”.

With no UK representation, and requiring regular communication with the Dubai client team, our services extended well beyond normal office design and fit-out duties and included full design, commercial management and procurement consultancy.

Client Comment

“We were very pleased with Maris’ professionalism and how they dealt with all our needs and requirements – especially from our Head Office in Dubai.

Maris understood and achieved our objectives and completed our project both on time and within budget.”
